Airport in Pyrzowice expends
Airport in Katowice-Pyrzowice will have new warehouses. The tender for new terminal will be announced in 2008 by Górnosląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. (GTL S.A.). The new terminal will be the biggest one in Poland.

New A class office-building in Katowice
In December 2008 an agreement between „Reinhold Polska Project 4 Sp. z o.o.” and „Mostostal Warszawa S.A.” was signed to create a project called Reinhold Center. The subject of this agreement is the construction of B and C classes office-building and about 11000 m2 net of A class office spaces. Cost of this investment is 43 billion zloty.
